Mine too. Dammit.

But on the new ACE rifles, I'm in the camp of "glad to see Tikka making new models" but neither of these are for me. What I really want is more Tikka Lite rifles with a 20" threaded barrel. Also, a compact model with an ARC/Grendel bolt face would be handy. And chamber some rifles in 6 Creedmoor and 280 AI.
Stay tuned this Spring on the Lites.

It seems genuinely strange that they have a new rifle specifically for PRS, which is offered in 6.5cm and 308, but not a 6mm.
I suspect that people who buy a Tikka factory rig for PRS do not reload and therefore need factory ammo options.

Not my thing… I think it’s funny the Game rifle is the size of the chick posing with it as if she’s hunting the “backcountry”… yeah right.
I was hoping I wasn't the only one thinking how huge that was in her hands. And that tripod.... Must've hired a Sherpa to get that kit up the mountain.

Chick shooting from a tripod pic - nothing in that pic suggests to me she is supposed to be hunting. Muffs, safety glasses, mlok chassis weights, giant tripod, etc. Plenty of field shoots and shooting occurs where people aren't in something that looks like a range.

Looking forward to the dirt on the lights. The Ace holds no interest for me.

Are these going to be the chrome-moly sub $1k Lites with simply a threaded barrel? That is the ticket. I like basic black polymer stocks and chrome moly for hunting rifles.

Thats not my impression, but even if true there are plenty of options for factory 6cm ammo. Lots of people I know use that factory ammo in 6cm shooting matches. No one I know shooting matches shoots a 308–not a single person. It just seems like trying to fit a square peg in a round hole…there’s enough other good options out there that checking 2 out of 3 boxes for people just isnt going to cut it a lot of the time.

So is this basically the XLR Element with the C6 buttstock? I see some minor differences, but it looks really similar.

Is 6CM and 22cm still not recognized by the European Saami equivalent? I mean come on Tikka….

They could have just replaced the dovetail with integrated pic, had a nice carbon fiber stock option with modern chamberings and would sell a shit ton. Seems like a missed opportunity to me.

Lol who the heck are these rifles made for? PRS? I am not buying a 9 lb gun to take hunting...

All we want are factory threaded barrels.
