NEW Thermarest Xtherm NXT vs Xtherm Mummy

I just got this one in and thought you guys would like to see the side-by-side images. Simple as that. Needed the rectangle version. Selling the mummy.

The NXT is noticeably warmer in a short amount of time and it is thicker than the original Xtherm.

Agreed. Noise on the old was like sleeping on a space blanket for about a month but after that it quieted down. My hunting partner was pissed for quite a few nights though

nope, 80ish% quieter than the previous version. I called and talked to thermarest before ordering to confirm the rumors and it sure is much quieter.

@Clarktar @redchinviking It's noticeably quieter.

I had a QCore Deluxe before this and froze on the pad during a 23 degree night. This pad is near the same noise or less that of the QCore.

I love how everyone complains about the noise of them BUT yet are likely the same ones keeping the animals awake at night because of em sawing logs.

At right around 16oz I love my old xtherm mummy. The larger nxt looks like a nice option when weight isn’t as big of a concern.

I’m just too big for the large mummy. I originally asked if they were making a 30” rectangle model like the Xlite
