New SG Pants

I was in their shop in Bozeman a few months ago and was told the Helio bottoms were going to be offered in a zip-off model, not just zip vents. I hope to be be seeing those in the coming months.

Did anyone notice their story as well? It shows a guy wearing a solid dark green Grumman. I messaged them about it and they said it’s the new Grumman Lite to be released at the beginning of the year.

I think we will start seeing what the influx of free flowing cash from Vista will bring as far as more offerings. So far the customer service and quality has stayed exactly the same.

ive got a pair of ski pants with inner thigh vents like that and they work wayyyyy better than vents on the outside of the legs like most pants have.

Got my pants yesterday, very impressed. Inner thigh vents are awesome. Obviously kind of cold out right now but I’ll be wearing them around. The color in person looks good. Fit and finish is as I’ve come to expect from SG, I can’t find a flaw on them.

How is the breathability? Any comparisons you can make to other popular pieces?

I would have multiple pairs if they had more color options. I hate how limited their color selection is

So far they feel similar to my Prana’s, but the material is slightly more stretchy. I like that the bottoms are tapered down more than the normal pants.
