Headed to New Orleans in Feb for a conference and going to try to fish one day. Please let me know if you have any recommendations for charters. I'm flying in so not going to mess with anything DIY. Thanks!

I live in New Orleans and fish & hunt in both the Venice and Hopedale areas, actually more out of Venice in recent years. Your odds of a really productive trip in the month of February is slightly better in Venice compared to Hopedale. My recommendations for guides will vary depending upon your preferences for species and gear (fly or conventional).
