You have to download the app, enter your NMDGF info and they’ll be there

Hope so... definitely grateful for any tag but this will be 0/6 for Oryx if I missed it. Another shot at a Gila Elk would’ve been badass but also a little greedy. I hedged my bet and took an NR Idaho Elk tag just in case

No. The instructions I was given was to click on My Purchases on the left and change each specie to an etag. Then the instructions were unclear to me (or maybe it means I just didn't draw, haha).
