I'd love to rant about either or both, but I've done enough of that on both topics in the past and this site is full of others who have too, so no point.

The Wyoming wilderness rule is wayyyyy worse than the guide pool imho, you do have a point.

I already started the Evoke Endurance Zone 2 program so I don't piss these tags away. I'm sure I won't draw anything for 10 more years now...

Not well-trained pack horses. I'm just working out 6 days/week now to max out Zone 2 heavy pack capability. I'll likely go DIY solo since I don't think my sons or buddies can get to where I'd want to hunt...
