New McGowen Cut Barrels

Has anybody seen this or have any additional info? I didn't see anything on their website besides this header and couldn't get ahold of anyone when I called.

There's guys on Reddit doing DIY electrochemical rifling using saltwater and copper wire. If the ATF is reading this I got there accidently and immediately exited the website
