New Kifaru Tactical Duplex with..... kuiu Icon pro 3200 Bag.... dodges the bo...

Thanks to this thread I decided to go with this setup for my new pack. Got my frame in yesterday and mounted my bad tonight. Geez. It's almost like they are made for eachother. All of the connection points match incredibly well. Very pleased.

Thought maybe some would be interested in another way of attaching the Icon Pro 3200 at the top of the Kifaru frame.

I used Kifaru straps run through the plastic loops on the top of the Kifaru frame, through a replacement ladder lock that I attached to the webbing loops at the top of the Kuiu bag. This allows me to pull the bag very tight to the frame with virtually no slack or give. I used the straps which have the oval slide on them, but K clip straps would probably work well too. I used ITW replacement ladder locks. Once I run the straps through the ladder lock the "normal" way, I run it back through the back hole of the ladder lock and this provides a rock solid attachment.

Nice Congrats. That will also give you room to pack meat between frame and bag.
