How does the alpine lid function with the nomad? It looks like it might be a bit big for the nomad? Any photos with it on a nomad guys? I have been waiting for the MR alpine lid to put on my nomad but maybe this a is a better option...

Do all of the belts come with 2 rows of PALS? My Bikini frame belt only has 1 row. Will the mini belt pouch work, or does it get "floppy" only being attached to 1 row?

Aron, has Kifaru ever considered putting a zipper covering flap of cordura on its pockets/pouches?...or would this make it too difficult to access the zipper in their/your opinion.

I will occasionally use a pack rain cover when I can, but it would sure be nice to have hip belt pouches, guide lid, etc. (things that get used outside of the pack cover) be more waterproof.

The reason I think this would really help us NW & Alaska guys, is because without any seam sealing even, I will have my 500 Codura Kif hip pouches holding 1/2 inch of water in the bottom by the end of the day...and this seems to all be coming in through the zipper. With a zipper cover and a little seam sealing, I would thing that these would be very waterproof, and I could get rid of some of the dry bags & ziplocs.

It works fine with one row, but better with two.

We can swap the belt out and get you the new stuff version. ...let me know.

It's going to be nice having that mini pocket next to my rangefinder on the belt. I love having two pockets when I don't need the rangefinder.

Any chance of a smaller version of the guide lid? A mini version would be my perfect lid. I think this big boy will be a floppy mess on the nomad except for the rare instances its packed clear full.
