They don't sell them anymore, it lets you attach your trekking poles to the bipod so you can shoot from sitting to standing. I'm taking mine out for my antelope hunt this season to function as shooting sticks. It's too bad they don't sell them anymore, I like them a lot, but perhaps they didn't sell well.

What tricer legs?
They’re in the picture in the center. They’re beefier, adjustable, and like wingmaster mentioned, you can remove the bottom portion of the leg and clamp in a trekking pole.
