New guy from Ohio

Hello everyone!

I lurked around these forums for years until I noticed the “Hunters over 60” forum today and that instantly drew me in . I have hunted for over 40 years, the last 18 or so mostly in Africa and Europe. Long story short ( explained it all in the over 60 forum) after going thru some life challenges I have finally re-discovered my focus and intend to hunt as much as I can for as long as I can.

I am a bow hunter and a rifle hunter but most of my big hunts nowadays are rifle hunts.

Look forward to participating in conversations and contributing where I can!

Welcome! I won’t say welcome new hunter as you seem to be very seasoned! What part of Ohio are you located? I’m near Columbus but a transplant for the last 8 years in the Buckeye state. I grew up on a grain farm in central Illinois and have enjoyed my time here in OH!
