Hello all. I'm a north east hunter who branched out west late in life and now trying to make it a habit to hunt the western states every few years. I primarily used to hunt whitetail deer and bear with rifle and bow, but now hunting elk and pronghorn when I can. I also dabble with DG in Africa when funds allow. I have a elk hunt planned for October this year and just wanted to jump on here for more tips and tricks.

I've never taken an elk or mule deer and hoping to get on elk this year.
