You know, as much as I hate Mossy Oak, it was kind of nice back-in-the-day just having one camo pattern for everything. Now we have Vias, Verde, Verde 2.0, ASAT, Fusion, Fusion Brown, Predator, Kryptek, about 30 different styles of MOBU and RTHW... I could go on, but you get the point. Now I look like a hunting hobo. I wonder if a bull or buck has ever looked at me with ASAT pants, a Vias shirt, verde gaiters, Fusion gloves, and my MOBU hunting-warrior battle loin-cloth and thought "did that guy get dressed in the dark"? Then I put an arrow through him, and YES, I DID GET DRESSED IN THE DARK.

Hey man you cant blame a guy for gettin excited about some new gear. I'm stuck in a office all day and finding out firstlite is coming out with another pattern was the most excitement I had at work yesterday....damn that's pretty sad now I think about it.

I like it, I always thought fusion was always a little too dark/not contrasting enough. Blobs up from a distance.

I hope they don't stop making stuff in ASAT, I just like the looks of the stuff. But from a business standpoint you'd think that day is coming probably sooner than later.

I hope they don't get rid of ASAT, although I think you are right. My entire setup is in ASAT and I've always had good luck with it as a bow hunter. I'm not a big believer that one camo pattern is "The One", but I must say that ASAT has repeatedly proven to be effective regardless of the terrain. Now that I finally have a complete set of matching quality FL camo, I fully expect them to discontinue it!

If you boys had any fashion sense, you would mix solids & camo!

I am going to be so pissed if First Lite discontinues ASAT. Everyone has their own camo preferences, but ASAT works best for me. I just had a bull come off a ridge 15 yards behind me and only busted me when I turned around to see what the heck that noise was. He had no idea I was there and once he figured it out, he took off like a freight train.

I don't see the point. its really similar to the fusion now. doesn't make sense to carry stock of everything in two camo's so similar.

What i will say is, its about damn time they came out with the uncompahgre pants... ill be picking those up immediately. Really excited to get my hands on those bad boys!

My guess is that First Lite is coming out with a new pattern. Especially given the fact that they are liquidating all their Realtree items.

Where I hunt Fusion works okay, but is a little dark and green. Honestly, Highlander and/or OptiFade work best in the sage and grass that I primarily hunt in. This new pattern looks to be bringing those lighter colors to the fusion pattern.

As for the Uncompaghre pants, I'd be all over them as well. The knit beanie Aron was wearing also looks kinda cool.

That brown Fusion would be money praire hunting. Especially if it doesn't blacken put at a long distance like most patterns! Why I'm starting to convert to dry earth. Then if you do get spotted I've had an elk and a speed goat decoy into me! LoL
