Got mine. Initial impression: they nailed it. Fit is perfect, not tight but no excess fabric, waist and length spot on. Fabric: slightly lighter than prana Zion, good stretch, time will tell how fast it dries. Comfort: fit and fabric combine for great comfort . Pockets: front and back could be deeper but great otherwise. Thigh pocket is out of the way and the internal phone pocket secures the phone but allows drop-in. I don’t love the feel of mesh but they would help with venting. Waist belt seems great, time will tell. Side zips seem good—I’d love slightly longer but I think they’ll work. The mesh seems airy enough, but I may still cut it out. Stone brown color is money; great mix of brown, gray, and green.

Overall, fantastic.

Got pants and top today. I’m 6’1” 175#. Large long top and 32x34 pants. Glad I went large on the top, I’m scrawny and it’s snug. Pants are the cats nuts, if I could be picky I would ask for longer vent zips. 10 day hunt starting this weekend will be a good test. Thank you OV for building what appears to be some very nice kit for a reasonable price.

Mine came in today. Midlayer. Seems to fit well, though I don’t really want it shrinking too much. I’m 5’9” and 195, so my spare tire filled out the middle (as it does). Lengths on everything are good; movement was easy. It looks and fills good so far. My only nit is that the thumb loops are quite tight. As in tight enough I only want to wear them to put another layer on, not all the time. Elastic at cuffs should make that doable. Not really a complaint; just something I noticed.

Thanks for posting, I was waiting to see if I should go for medium or large (5'8" 162). There's nothing large about being 162lbs but that's how clothes are sized these days

I'm 5'9", 180lbs and a medium is what I wear in a t-shirt... a medium in the fleece was too small for me but it fit my 6'3" 165lb son just fine.

Got my fleece, materials are nice, fit is good. I’m excited to take it moose hunting this week.

My only complaint, if I were to give one, is the same I have for the Ventus…. Kangaroo pocket for my hands. I’m always put my hands there expecting a pocket. Other than that it’s a nice piece and look forward to using it.

Received my pants and hybrid fleece yesterday. Fit is exactly what I expected. I am on the chunkier side of athletic fit, so my XL top fit exactly as I figured. Roomy enough for a baselayer underneath, but not sloppy or loose anywhere it shouldn't be. Pants are fantastic so far. I am wearing them for work today, and so far they are exceptional. I leave for Montana on Saturday for 2 weeks of elk hunting, so these will get tested well. So far, nothing but good things to say, and I don't imagine that will change.

Just wanted to say……. Job well done OV! The fleece is hands down excellent. Everything about it is perfect. The fit, the hoodie, the elongated front zipper. I actually was concerned about the thumb wholes but they are nicely done. I can’t wait to really put it through the paces, but out of the box it’s instantly my favorite piece of clothing.

The pants seem light and fit well. Durability will be something to monitor but if they hold up like my Pranas do, could be a replacement for them. Two small dislikes. Like others, ido not care for the mesh lining in the pockets. I don’t mind it as much for the lower leg zippered pocket, but I want regular fabric in my front pockets.

I purchased the pants and fleece.

Pants fit exactly as expected per their size chart.

Fleece fits me as expected per their size chart. I was concerned after some of the comments about it being tighter/smaller. I am 6'1", 190lbs, athletic build. I ordered a size Large and feel like the fit is perfect. I have grid fleeces like the Patagonia R1 and Stone Glacier Helio hoody that are both size large and fit more snugly than the OV hoody. It's not baggy by any means, but it's not skin-tight like a baselayer. I'm sure it just comes down to everyone's individual build.

I'm 5'7 150 athletic build, size small fleece fits well. About as snug as I'd like but it's good. I'm interested to see how it performs with the soft fleece along the back where your pack rides. From both a durability and moisture management perspective.

Well I like everything about these pants, almost. The built in belt is an absolute game changer I can only hope other companies catch on.

However, I can't say I will buy another pair because durability is marginal at very best. I wore them today and had a bunch of these little fabric pulls as shown in the picture. One was so bad it started to scrunch up the material (think pulling a single strand from a sock) as it was apparently caught on some brush. I would classify the brush I went thru today to be a 4 on my brushy scale. 1 being walking in a low grass meadow, 10 being fighting for your life in a place a moose wouldn't walk through. Would probably work great for farm fields or sitting in a blind but where I hunt I don't expect them to last more than this year.

Nicely done OV! Pants and fleece fit great and I’m not easy to fit. Pants are Tight on my calves but feels odd not a problem otherwise.
Looking forward to putting these through a season.

I know we are still waiting on the Vantage Alpine jacket pre sale. But just out of curiosity, do you know if it would be shipped by the end of October? I leave the 5th of November for my Montana hunt and didn't know ifnI should be looking into another option if it won't be shipping out in time.
