Hi Guys, I have a Tikka 7mm superlight shooting Berger 175gr elite hunters, RL 23, CCI mags and Hornady neck sized brass. After about 7 reloadings my brass was getting a little worn so I picked up some new gunwerks 7mm brass on sale. My current load is a little over book, but no pressure signs. Would you recommend starting over with load development since I'm changing a component?

As noted, absolutely back off and work back up (brass has different internal volumes that changes pressure). Best if you have a chrono because you can clock your current load and run up the charge ladder to match that velocity and then see if it groups the same for you (likely will).

That seems like a logical way to go about it. Thanks, glad I asked.
