saw that a few years back. i think they exlpained it that the bears in that area are hunted hard and have come to fear humans. as you thin out the mean bears i guess the skiddish ones are the only ones that survive. kinda like the rattle snakes that dont rattle anymore because the ones that make noise get caught.
