Anyone tried these or seen them in person?

Interesting features.
Id tear the boa lacing system off for sure. And im super curious why they dont show the tread and sole. Looks very minimal on tread design and lacking for any sort of traction just off quick glance, but id like some better pictures of the sole and hear some real world feedback. Look more like a gym shoe sole as far as tread and traction design.

Wondering if anyone has tried them out and can give real feedback. Plenty online of folks talking them up or saying how wonderful they are, but I see quite a few areas of concern.

Also, not a fan of the BOA system. Seems weird promoting a barefoot shoe, but not listing the stack height either.

Probably would have sold a bunch of them if they didn’t use camo and the boa. Both of those are a no go for me.

Glad to see companies getting more and more options to choose from...that said the BOA is hard no for me. Also a pretty hefty price IMO. I have no problem paying for good quality and durability if the product lives up to it - it takes a pretty faithful tribal/cult following for companies to successfully get by charging hefty premiums for shoddy products...i.e. Vivo.

Put some laces on 'em and demonstrate survivability in the wilds worthy the price and my shoe fetish will get the better of me!
