Can someone explain number 8?
Allow "Non-Over-the-Counter" firearm sales by FFLs to residents of the same state
I know this is what Capital Armory uses to be able to ship suppressors directly to a buyer without a face to face dealer being involved. I’m not sure what this is changing, maybe a state resident can now buy a gun online from a dealer in their same state and have it shipped to them (after online 4473)?Can someone explain number 8?

I believe this is what's going to happen. Also glad to see the wait getting 7 days shorter when buying from Capitol due to not having the CLEO 7 day hold any longerI know this is what Capital Armory uses to be able to ship suppressors directly to a buyer without a face to face dealer being involved. Regarding the CLEO wait, CA has started the notification process shortly after certifying the form 4. They aren’t waiting for it to be approved before starting it. But removing the requirement is still nice to see.I believe this is what's going to happen. Yes. Traveling from one state where NFA is legal to another state where NFA is legal would no longer require the holder to notice the ATF provided the trip duration is less than 365 days.Does # 9 mean there are no notification requirements needed if traveling to another state with an SBR provided total travel is less that 365 days?
Does #20 mean I can get more Tula primers?
Also, are they still gonna be $23/k? lol
