*new* 4 blade - 100% machined broadhead - vpa like

Looked at them in person tonight. The blades cannot be sharpened on a flat stone. Looks like a very well built head but I don't exactly like how the tip isn't exactly sharp but a little more blunt than shuttle T or wac Em type heads. Only time and experiences will tell though. They could turn out to be a great head. Not impressive enough for me to buy a pack and try though.

1 piece always is good for slamming hard.

I'd venture to say you'd need to be good with a jewelers file to handle that sharpening task. My old feeble eyes might eliminate me but after I try the XXL German Kinetics I might try these on wild boar.

Well I needed more fixed blades so I changed my mind and bought a pack today. Shot at 50 tonight. Figured I would shoot my field point first because I didn't really expect to hit identical. I'm tuned and shooting shuttles, wac Em 3 blade and ulmers well and with field points. Shot one field point then one tooth of the arrow that I tested beforehand and it spun perfect. Well cut off two of my Fletchings on the field point and scraped off a small chunk of wrap. Set that arrow aside to go first In The quiver after I resharpen it. Still feels very sharp but I'll find a way to touch it up anyway. Second head I tried I shot first at an empty target.

I saw these in our local shop in the flathead valley and the owners stated that them tested them and were tough and accurate...am wondering if anyone would use these from what they have tested for Elk hunting? is the 1inch diameter to small and should go for something a touch bigger? I think they have the sharpeners out now as well as the owner also stated that he finally got them in.

They are on my arrows with my 80# bow which will be my primary bow elk hunting starting Saturday.
