Anyone see anything about applying? i'd assume they'll only offer to residents and only 5-6 tags but can't find any data

I haven’t heard how many tags yet. There has to be 10 for nonresidents to apply

They are here already, or atleast right on the CA-NV boarder. I have friends that have seen them in the Sierras and they were wolves alright.
