Be very careful who you choose as a hunting partner especially on a tough DIY hunt. Hunting hard brings the best and worst of some people. I've had friendships destroyed because my hunting partner was physically/mentally unprepared, had unreasonable expections, and unable to adapt/pivot when things got difficult.
