Just curious if anyone knows proper locations to measure skull and neck. From my understanding thats what the taxi relies on to recreate your mount to the proper size?

When you show up with a set of horns and a hide isn't it tough for the taxi to guesstimate the original sizes for the rebuild?

Aren't most molds/forms size specific?

What sort of animal are you working with?

Typically you use 3 measurements for gamehead forms...

1) Tip of the nose to the front corner of the eye.
2) - Circumference of neck 3" below the ears.
3) - Circumference at the ears

From there it's a matter of modifying the form and building it up for the cape in hand.

I believe all forms/molds are size specific no? Ive only browsed the catalogs at the taxi. Are they just small, medium, large?

So its not very beneficial to use scoring tape on those locations and snap a few pics pre capeout?

I'm sure each taxi has a specific series by which they used based on the typical types of game that they see in the shop. You can have 8-10 sized forms in 1 particular shape/turn/sneak.
