Nalgene bottle on waist belt?

I use a bladder and switched from a Nalgene to a 33 oz Smart Water bottle that I keep in my pack. Saves several ounces by dropping the Nalgene and holder.

Because of where the straps start/end on the x-curve (where the little ladderlocs are), I can't slide the nalgene holder back as far as I would like, so it ends up hitting me in the elbow, and it doesnt even take much "swing" for my arm to hit it.

I think that is the only gripe i have about my X-Curve. Very little room on belts for attachment. Im actually hoing to try one of their bottle holsters and see how it works
