mystery ranch sizing

My $0.02 in terms of using the NICE and guidelight frames, their published sizes are too large for a heavy load in the pack. They seem fine at typical backpacking loads but not meat hauling, for instance I'm a 34" waist and I bottom out their 29-34" belt if I have a load over 90lb. My 31" waist buddy can't use a 29-34" belt past like 40lb or it just slips. No experience with the guidelight MT frame.

I fought the sizing for mystery ranch. I'm 5'-10" 220lbs 36" waist. I found the medium waist belt with large torso felt best.

Even with my popup i swapped the torso out for a large.

FYI, Mystery ranch recently changed their future harness sizing guide. Before it was S/M, M/L, L/XL but now they've changed it, they're only offering S/M and L/XL in their latest offerings. I think you solidly fit into their L/XL because i know the L tops out around 6'
