Picked one up today fills the gap between Pintler and metcalf. It’s right at 5lbs and almost 3800ci (62L) uses the guide light frame. And meat shelf. Anyone have any input or used one. I think it’s gonna be a great 3-4 day pack.

I have an overload which is the 50L version from their .mil line. Just finished a week of mixing backcountry and front country in Montana. I can do 2 nights out of 50 liters very comfy. An extra 10 liters for food and a bit of extra comfort items would be perfect for 3-5 days in fair weather. I might do a bigger bag if it were cold and I was hauling bulkier clothing and a bigger sleep set up.

Tri zip design is great for access and packing. I have used it their 3DAP for years. Close to a panel loader for convenience. Great to be able to lay open your pack and get to all your gear instead of hunting around through a top loader.

I picked up the same pack recently so I could have a large-ish day pack/3-4 overnight pack. Haven't done any overnighters yet but several 2-3 mile day hikes. I really like it so far, but don't have anything to compare it to other than my older packs. The lid/top zip is just a bit narrow - that's my only minor complaint. Like the big internal pocket and side pockets and strap layout very much.

I like it!
