Mystery Ranch Pack Scabbard

I'm using a Mystery Ranch Pintler for hunting and need a better solution for stowing my rifle on my pack. Does anyone use a pack scabbard that works well on Mystery Ranch packs?

I have a kifaru gun bearer. When I don’t want my rifle up front I just use one of the straps toward the top of the pack and leave the rifle in the saddle of the gun bearer.

The Kifaru gun bearer is solid but worth noting it works best paired with a stabilizer strap or it can swing around on steep terrain. Another option worth looking at is the Mystery Ranch Metcalf scabbard, it's designed for their frame system specifically and holds the rifle tighter against the pack body than most third-party options.
