I cant remember of the top of my head. But you could go to MRs web site and look at their sizing guide I have a 36'' waist and ordered a xl and I think it goes bigger.

They still make the XXL belts. We just haven't stocked any yet. I'm sure we could order one in for you if you're interested. The XL size will work up to a 39" waist

I was able to test one out this fall on our rifle and muzzleloader hunts and it is definitely a great way to carry a rifle for quick access without it constantly falling off your shoulder. It does take some playing with the adjustments at first to get it the way you want it but definitely worth the money. I will put it on our list to do a video demonstration/overview as well.
