I emailed camofire on monday. It should be here on Saturday. Super stoked to check it out and put it through the ringers. Really glad to here this one was made bozeman.

The 2015 model was made in Bozeman and is on the nice frame. The new 2016 model is made in Clark Field and has the new guide light frame. The Clark Field packs are just as nice as the Bozeman packs but there is just something special about the packs made in Montana.

So where is Clark Field? I was surprised to read on the MR website that the hunting packs said "Imported" and strangely enough now it says "Built Worldwide", when you click on the Marshall or Metcalf etc. Has anyone tried the new Guide Light frame with load?

Unless mistaken, Clark Field is the former Clark Air Base (USAF) in the Phillipines.

Their site says the Clarks field packs are just as good as their bozeman packs... Id rather support a fellow American though.
