My second Seekins rifle that has issues

Glen Seekins (owner) has a Facebook account. He has always responded to me within an hour both times I reached out to him. He is top shelf. I would suggest anyone to go that route. I would also suggest to approach with kindness. It goes a long way with kind people.

I do not have Facebook so I cannot contact him that way. I plan on being nice. I’m not angry. I’m frustrated.

Only the carbon fiber mags work in the 6.5 PRC, 300 Win and 300 PRC is my understanding. I have a PH2 in 300 Win and it has carbon fiber mags.

Seekins is sending me a mag. If it doesn’t fit, the rifle is going back to Seekins.

Not returning phone calls is not acceptable. Period. If you aren't going to return phone calls and you want everything to be email or social media, then don't have a phone number. If you have a phone number answer the damn thing, or at least return calls, promplty. No excuse.

I have stopped doing business with a number of companies because of this.

Seekens is the Vortex of rifles now....

I have had the best customer service with Vortex. They answered the phone. They called me back later to see if I was satisfied. I’ve emailed with questions and always received same day replies. I have never had an issue with a Vortex scope but I had an issue with a set of their rings. New rings were at my house in three days.

I don't think so. I think they revamped their entire line, huge changes, while also scaling up production to get more guns out there. Seems like there have been some hiccups along the way but I haven't heard of anyone not get taken care of eventually. I just think they are swamped and it'll smooth out.

Out of my 2 friend and myself, we are 5 for 5 on rifles that just plain shoot. These have been the PH2, so can’t comment on the newer production.

This is one of the worst weeks (Shot Show) to try to contact people with firearms related issues.

I am really not fond of the carbon fiber mag. It is definitely light though.

Definitely not. Three PH3s/Element M3s in my circle.. All three function flawlessly, and outshoot any Tikka in our circle out of the box. And I’m a Tikka guy generally so I don’t say that lightly. The recent Seekins are about as good of value out there.

Perhaps we are outliers but I don’t think so. Glen posted on the Seekins Facebook page reflecting on year end metrics and 2026 goals around new years. He posted some stats around warranty rates. I can’t remember the specifics but the warranty rate moved materially lower moving from the PH2 / M2 to the PH3 / M3

I will once I get them back. My HIT was a gen2. They are sending me a gen3. They told me that they are throwing in a standard and a magnum bolt head for customer satisfaction. I'll now be able to interchange my ph3 in 6.5prc with my HIT m3 in 6.5cm. Pretty stellar

Hit barrel won't fit in the ph3 stock however

Canada and California. Both places that are nice to visit for a few days.

I recall my Dad driving to Canada for a church trip and they stripped search his truck. He asked why and they stated he has Texas plates and they believe he had guns. To damn funny.

I seriously looked at a land purchase in Canada. Then I read their regulations on owning land. Had to pass.

Wonder if data is skewed due to the ph3/m3 models not being in customers hands for long?
