My feet don't work right, need some boots.

My right foot developed wrong, long story but basically I need boots that lace down far and are pretty flexible to accommodate the different shape. Non insulated but needs to be decently water resistant, at least 6" boot but would prefer an 8.

They don't need to be bombproof just need them under $250.

Probably could, but it's not enough of an issue that I'm worried about it. I just need the top of the boot flexible enough and to lace down far enough to accommodate it.

I basically just need an 8" waterproof tennis shoe that laces down pretty far.
