Thank you! This area has a few of them. Fun hunt. He was starting to rut and I video'd him "escorting" a smaller 4x3 away a couple of times.

2025 mz was good to me. Bull at 50 yds. Last day buck dropped at 146 yd shot! CVA Accura v2. Federal Bor Loc 350 gr lead. 95 gr by volume of BH 209. CCI primers

Yea, wild. It’s like the rack went straight out. He’s at the taxidermist haha. Not cause he’s huge but bc it’s odd. 22” wide. Been watching him for 2 years

Both were shot with my NULA 50 cal Muzzleloader and a 250 gr. Barnes T-EZ bullet here in Georgia. The 6 pointer is from 2024 and the 17 pointer is from 2025.

Borrowed a knight ultralight on a diy hunt. Amazing experience spot a stalk on a 6x7. Great gun sad to see it was discontinued. Guess I’ll have to find a used one

2025 season. New Mexico wilderness bull with a Knight Mountaineer shooting 290 TEZ and bh209.
Oregon Roosevelt spike with TC Renegade sidelock with 450 grain lead conicals and real black powder.

Winchester apex 50cal. Older and heavy but still shoots great woth open sights so I hate to switch!

My first ever elk and first animal with a muzzle loader.
Spent a mind numbing number of hours working up a load, setting up the sights, and establishing an effective max range over the summer. Settled on a 325gr Fury universal over 120grV T7 FF
56 yards, a little back and a little high but quartered away. He went sub-10 yards. I was convinced he would get back up while I was frantically dumping half my speed loader on the ground, but he was dead as a dornail.

Two bucks this year with the muzzleloader here in florida.

Cva optima, 150 grns with the 250 grn hornady monoflex. Both shot around 50 yds and watched both of em go down... the larger one ran maybe 20 yards or so closer to my stand, stood there and looked around for a second. I thought I might have missed him, then I saw the red spot on him and he fell over.

2024 Colorado muzzleloader season. Camped 3 nights with my then 11 year old son. Rain on third night leaked into tent. Pitched it in trash and slept next 2 nights in truck.
Used dry creek bed to navigate closer to herd with one buck and nearly 30 does. Buck was out of range until a few of his does fed our way. He was having it. He ran up and headed them off. I shot him about 80-90 yards. Was a lot of fun.
