Multiple Tripod Adapters or One?

I recently got the Benro S2 head for my tripod. It comes with one adapter that can slide into it. My question is do most people get multiple adapters so they can be permanently a fixed to their various optics or do they simply screw in each one as needed? For example I have bino's and a camera, I was thinking of getting another one so I could just swap them in and out very quickly.

Separate plate for binos and spotter to make switching between them fast

I use the Manfrotto plates. Tripod fluid head, trekking poll top, truck window ballhead mount are quick release mounts. So the plates are on my bino adapter, spotter, gun cradle, camera, and I'd like to get a go pro or some sort of cheap video camera.
