Multicam insulated jackets

Looking for a multicam synthetic insulation jacket i can use for both hunting and work. Something not crazy warm like the kifaru lpp, but something a bit lighter. Patagonia made one but its 3-400$, otte gear makes a few, but just wondering if there are any others. Any reccomendations are appreciated.

You are aware that a synthetic jacket will break down after about 30 uses correct? The CLO insulation value will significantly drop after every use.

I’ve got an older Kifaru puffy in multicam that has been great. Not sure if they still make it
