Multicam insulated jackets

Looking for a multicam synthetic insulation jacket i can use for both hunting and work. Something not crazy warm like the kifaru lpp, but something a bit lighter. Patagonia made one but its 3-400$, otte gear makes a few, but just wondering if there are any others. Any reccomendations are appreciated.
