Trying to finalize some plans for my mule deer hunt this October but had a question. If a two track trail crosses private land in Wyoming does that also become private? Also can you park and or set camp along two track in Wyoming or only in designated areas?

If we’re talking the same unit, All of the blm roads in that hunt area lose public easements at the first private they encounter except for the mountain loop road. That doesn’t mean it’s enforced and the years I‘be been there, there was no problem crossing those small 1/4 sections but large miles long sections of pvt could be a different matter. The landowner hadn’t told him one way or the other and the Leo felt it was better to not ask.

This is an interesting topic for me. I have hunted Wyoming a few times and every time this is an issue that a person has to look into just to make sure you cya. I always view this as a proceed with caution kind of situation. I was west of Casper a few years ago and had a rancher and his two hands try and locate me walking on BLM land. One of the hands was talking to him on his walkie talkie while talking to me. I was using OnX and the issue was entry point to the BLM. My advice is to call the local game warden and have detailed questions, gps locations and get the Wardens phone number and info and put it in your phone. That way you can call if questioned and hopefully resolve the issue. We have all seen the discussions on here about people blocking access and just as many hunters trespassing. Enough blame to go around on both sides. Good luck on your trip.
