Same here - crap customer service! I could of ordered other options other sites on cyber monday but went with this deal now SOL. And also the same boot but dift camo option is available on their site but will cost an additional $35 with the coupon code.

Well I guess it pays to complain...Called customer service then had to ask to escalate it. Received a call from a very nice CS manager that made it right. Sucks it takes that to get things right but does sound like they were massively overwhelmed with the response to the sale. Was ordering as a gift for my son's bday and fingers crossed they should arrive in time.

Fyi, the 50% off code will work on your entire order including sale items. I used it on the daily deal (apex boots) plus some boots for the kids that were already on sale. Paid 180 on a order total of 360

Yes, I turned around and order the same style of boots that I ordered the first time, except I added another/different pair as well. Let’s see if I receive them though.
