MTN OPS shipping?

Anyone else had trouble with getting shipments from MTN OPS? I placed an order on 5/29 that was shipped the same day, I thought, "great, this will be here quick!" Well, it's July 1st and I haven't had my order show up yet. I've emailed them and received no reply. Thought I'd check here and see if anyone else was having difficulty.

Received a shipping notice a day after I placed my first order and ended up getting it 12 days later after I sent an email. Never did get a response. I got my second order 3 days after my order. Seems a bit all over the place.

I know they said they were busy with the giveaway. My last order I received a notice it shipped priority and I never received it. I emailed them a week and a half later and received an email that day that it would ship. I received it two days later.

Deadwolf can you send me a PM with your order number so I can see what is up with your order. We ship all orders out next day after purchased and same day in some occasions (not on weekend purchases those get shipped out on mondays) So my guess is that it is either lost in the mail or your mail man likes Mtn Ops so much that he enjoying some free product right now... I'll get you taken care of. Also let me know what email you have been sending to over here at Mtn Ops. We will get you taken care of! Anyone else that is having issues please do the same thing. We are in the process of hiring new customer service reps so that this doesn't become an issue.

Spoke with Casey at MTN OPS, it would seem that the issue lies in the fact that I placed my order through Promotive, and they are the ones that have delayed the shipment. Casey was great to talk to and he is getting it straightened out. Thanks for the call!

I had the same problem!!! The delay is not worth the discount in this case lol!

Are you ordering through them direct? I have placed 2 orders and both times got them in 2 days.

Placed an order thru Promotive on 8/12. Haven't seen any product yet but received an email stating its on the way "standard shipping". I believe that means it will arrive 7-432 days from when it's placed in the mail.

I've been ordering straight from mtn ops for a year and have always received a shipping email within a day of ordering. I placed an order last Friday and it's still says the order is processing. Don't know what's up.

Ok well part of my order showed up in the mail!

I placed my order August 7th lets say it went out on the 8th, I checked the tracking and it said it showed up today August 19th. It took 11 days to get my order from them. I like MNT OPS stuff but its or or miss on the time frame on when you will get the order. I have ordered 4 different times twice I got my extremely fast and the other two times it took 8 day or longer.

I've had good luck with their shipping the few times I have ordered. Always came fast, but always happened to show up on a Saturday when we were out of town and for some reason my neighbors at that location had sticky fingers with some previous items shipped to the house so I had to have a friend grab it once it arrived. That lead to his interest in it as well. Hopefully things get squared away and you get what you ordered. The only time I had an issue was when they forgot to include the free sample of blaze! Those dirty buggers! Just kidding
