So I started taking some things, I tried to contact CS by email but I have gotten a response and its been almost a week now. I'm new to the whole supplement scene so sorry if I sound ignorant.

So my question is on how to take some of the things I have or will buy, or am I doing it correctly already?

-My work out is at 4am which I take a scoop or two of yeti.
-When I get home its MultiV, Phoenix and Magnum.(thinking of throwing some Renu in)
-I have some Ammo around Lunch.
-I snack throughout the day with seeds/seed crackers/mixed nuts/fruit.

Is the routine I have going the correct way to take these things? Also I was wondering if yeti/enduro can be drank throughout the day? I drink mostly water but would like a change of taste here and there.

Thanks in advance

Yeti is a preworkout so taking it before your workout is probably the only time you want to take it, to maintain sensitivity.

3Arrows believe it or not you are taking all of the products correctly and in the correct order for the best benefits. If you are looking at taking the Renu I would suggest taking it at night with the schedule you have with the other products. If you would like to drink something other than water during the day I would suggest drinking the Enduro if you have taken the Yeti in the morning so that you are not consuming too much caffeine during the day and keeping you up all night. If you have more questions about the product let me know.

3Arrows,
What is your ultimate goal? Are you training for something specific? What is your typical workout?

That may be the correct order to take the supplements in but it seams like a heck of a lot of supplements to jump right in to if you're not training for next summers olympics.

I'm training for myself and if I get drawn for elk next season. I've been out of shape for quite sometime now and decided to change everything I was doing.

Im watching what I eat, more home cooked meals and less restaurant/fast food. Grass feed meats, veggies, fruits and seed/raw nut mixes.

My work outs are 6 days a week for an hour. 3 exercises each muscle in 30 mins and 30mins cardio.

My rotation is:
Back/Bicep/Bike
Chest/Tricep/Elliptical
Shoulders/Legs

I do 1 set of each exercise with reps of 12H/14M/16L with 5lbs difference.

Sunday is my rest day.

I've lost 10lbs in a month and seem to be holding steady at 210 but my beer gut is slowly but surely chipping away.
