Mt Cow Creek wilderness study area unit 680 access question

I'm looking for some information on the roads going into the Missouri breaks national monument. I'm interested in the south east corner of unit 680 and am wondering if you have any information on the roads that're open to the public.

There is a map that is published, either by the BLM or the county. It has a lot of color codes I remember. Call the BLM office in Fort Benton they will know.
