Yep. Far too much leeway has been granted to landowners all over the country for what is supposed to be a shared resource. The fastest way to end all hunting is by taking away opportunities for the average person.

Good start.

UPOM is a joke of a group. They are trying to say they need either sex tags so they can manage elk on their giant ranches. And they must have these unlimited either sex tags because the elk numbers are too high. And they are trying to say this with a straight face.

All they really want are more trophy bull hunts for their wealthy buddies but they won't come right out and say it.
