Just a shout out to MR and their great customer service.

The last few days playing around with the SG xcurve and my 10+ year old MR NICE pack, I noticed that the frame sheet in the yoke was starting to wear a hole in the material. I sent off a quick email and picture, and later that day I received an email reply letting me know they were covering the hole under warranty and were sending a new yoke on their dime. 3 business days later the new one showed up in Canada. Great people to deal with! Thanks MR!

Yep I dealt with MR last year and they're great! I asked a few weeks ago about selling bags on their own and it sounds like it might happen next year.
