Moving to Bristol TN/VA

Hey all, I was wondering if anyone on here lives in Tricities area? My wife and I are likely moving down there at the end of the year/beginning of next year to get family help with our newborn twins! I am looking for suggestions on which state to live in? Mainly looking for pro and cons gor taxes, hunting opportunities, land cost, anything else you can think of! My in laws haven't lived there very long, so they aren't too familiar with the are either!
