Got rid of my last 3 Honda 3 wheelers just last year. I've had a Honda Foreman, a 2006 for 13 years. Just decided to use it to check on a food plot last week and even though it had sat for 16 months, it fired right up and ran great. It has 8000+ miles on it. My go to rig right now is a Honda Pioneer SXS so that's the only reason that the Foreman sits. My youngest son drank the Polaris kool aid and is desperately trying to sell his rigs to get back to Honda.

I've had about all of them. The best utility bike hands down is the Honda (Foreman, Rancher etc.) but those bikes can beat you up on tundra etc. Reason? Subpar brakes, solid axle. etc. Honda makes fabulous transmissions, seemless and smooth.
The best all 'rounder for work, play, comfort is the Yamaha Grizzly/Kodiak series. I have two 700 grizzlys, both great bikes. Power steering fuel inj. indep susp.
I give an honable mention to the Arctic Cat TBX 700, PS, Indep susp, fuel Inj. I really like the dump box setup on that bike, but went back to the 700 Grizzly for the indestructible reliability and overall 'fun factor'....

Honda rancher are great. Also had an Arctic Cat was solid with tons of power, but not quite like the Honda on reliability.

Yamaha for me.
I bought two of them new in 2002 & 2004.

Still going strong - the 2002 Big Bear 400 has over 4000 miles on it.

Parents had a honda Rancher that sat outside for 10 years at their property and never had a single bit of maintenance done to it, no oil changes no grease nothing and when they sold it last year it still started up instantly.

Like others have said super durable and dependable but not a comfy ride by any account

There are other choices that have better features and performance, but if reliability is paramount, a Honda or Yamaha and nothing else comes close.

I completely agree I have had great success with Honda and Yamaha.

Like others I have had all to include Honda Yamaha arctic cat and multiple Polaris machines. My Honda’s were the most reliable. I currently ride Polaris machines and have had a few problems but overall my two are pretty reliable.

When I have hunted the middle of now where, the locals always had either Honda or Yamaha.

I bought a Yamaha and its never been in the shop.
