Well guys....I never debate tastes and palates with others; all of us being individuals. My favorite is just mine. But having eaten a lot of the deer species, moose is without rival to me. My wife and I often remark how moose has bit of natural sweetness to it. Although no point to it, I believe I would prefer the flavor of moose to any of the deer species or to beef....all of similarly seasoned and prepared. Anyway, I'm just thankful for a huge critter that tastes so wonderful and fills a freezer like nothing else!

The 2 bulls that were over 60" that I ate was some of the best meat I've ever eaten... not just wild game... all meat
