Montbell U.L. Parka vs. Golite Bitterroot

I've been hearing lots of good stuff about the bitterroot on this forum. Was wondering if anyone has used the Montbell? Seems considerably lighter, cheaper, but not as water resistant.. Both look like good quality..

Anyone have experience with both that can compare? Mainly warmth and overall fit/feel
