Montana muzzleloader heritage season

Okay, I've done a lot of research but am still struggling to find what the best muzzleloader would be for this hunt that is legal. Anyone have any good advice on what would be the top ones to pick from.

Does the CVA optima V2 Northwest legal muzzleloader work? I have heard that is does but checking if anyone on hear had heard any different.

The way i read it, it can't be an inline. Has to be some sort of side wheeler with the percussion cap outside the axis of the bore.
