A couple of the guys from our Western Hunter Team headed up to Montana to take a tour of the old and new shops for MKC with Josh Smith.

If you wanna see the down and gritty of how MKC runs, how the company started and what is done when you send you knife back to be sharpened and re done this video has it all! Josh takes the boys on a tour from MKC 1.0, 2.0 and the new 3.0 Facilities. Pretty cool to see the expansion they have gone through over the years.

If you have an MKC knife, which one is your favorite and why?

I’ve never handled one of these knives. How do you all like them? Worth the cost? A lot of hype?

I've got a Blackfoot and Mini Speedgoat both in Magnacut, they're both nice knives. The Blackfoot feels very good in my hand, it's lighter than I thought it'd be as well. I got the Mini Speedgoat more so as an EDC, but it hasn't much time as an EDC for me.

I like the story of the company and what they stand for. Josh Smith seems like a good human from the various podcasts I've listened to with him in, which is the main reasoning behind me purchasing the knives.

I think there are nicer knives out there for the same cost or less, but that's also my opinion.

I won't likely be expanding my collection of MKC past the two I currently have.

I also don't think a lot of things are worth the cost of what companies are charging these days, but I still keep buying stuff.

I have had many different knives over the years and stuck with the replacement blades for quite a while and still do carry it for certain things. I do really like having a fix blade knife with me as well and just feel more comfortable with it. The speed goat has been mine and most of our favorites here with it being light weight and they do keep a blade well. The fact that I can send it to them for sharpening and have it back so quick is a bonus if the blade gets really dinged up is so nice! The company is awesome and their customer service has always been top notch. Its nice to get to speak to an actual human! They are a little more spendy than others but I think it will last you a lifetime if you want it too. Appreciate the other feedback given here as well.
