I thought it was interesting that the opening statement on the corner crossing time set the tone of minimalization. If I heard it correctly, the speaker minimized the issue by laying out examples of affected land sizes starting with Montana's 100 million or so acres and reducing it down to "only 628,000 acres is actually affected by a corner lock".
If we're generalizing, that's "Rhode Island".
Is it controversial that the director did not attend or is that business as usual?
