Heading to Wyoming this October for deer. We will be staying in a Montana Canvas Relite wall tent. Any good option for flooring other than tarps? Its a 14x20. Also we are using a propane heater instead of wood burning. Any good suggestions?

I am Looking for 14x20 wall tent fly.

I have don't have a wall tent, but I sometimes share a camp area with some people who do, and they just get a bunch of free wood pallets, lay then down then throw some old carpet remnants over them. Seems to work well....

Is the entire tent made of relite or just the walls? You're going to get some nasty condensation if the entire tent is relite. Tarps work great for a floor, that's all I use. And they're easy to clean up afterwards. I have a carpeted floor but never use it. Too heavy and too difficult to clean.

As for the fly.......that's a tough one to find on a whim. Might have to have a custom one made. Now I'm guessing that the roof is canvas if you want a fly. However, make sure that you don't lay it directly over the roof without some air circulation between it and the tent........or you're back to condensation.

Sometimes I run a 16x20' heavy duty tarp as a fly on my 14x16 tent. The 20' length hangs about a foot over each side of the tent. So you'd want at least an 18x20' fly. Or you could run a 16x20 and have two feet on each end uncovered.

Is your propane heat just for Mornings? we do that even when we burn wood as if someone sleeps through without feeding the beast it will be cold in the morning.
I use a tarp for flooring, I have used painters drop cloths. I always bring a scrap of carpet in front of my cot to put my feet on first and last. comfort item. don't forget a broom to sweep the floor every couple of days. not kidding.
Have fun I love the time spent in my wall tentView attachment 27417
