Looking for pics of a Montana canvas wedge tent with a stove and two cots setup. Anyone have experience running this setup? I am looking for a faster setup canvas tent and have narrowed it down to this tent or a single pole setup. Thanks for any help!

Check out Snowtrekker as well if you haven’t, great tents and the owner is a great guy, call and ask for Jonah, he’s a hunter and will answer any questions you have, I love my Snowtrekker!

Yeah I have been looking at them too. What size do you have? Pretty easy setup? My whole goal is to have two dudes on cots with a medium stove comfortable and easier setup than my big wall tent for solo adventures.

I’ve owned and tried many different tents over the last 20 years. I wanted a canvas wall tent… tall enough for me to walk in and go end to end without hitting my head (6’1”) , big enough for 2 grown men on real cots with a medium stove, but small enough I could set it up easy solo since 99% of the time I’m alone, and be light enough I could load it in my solo canoe, I ended up with the Basecamp model, I have no complaints, I would have liked to demo all of them to know for sure which one I wanted but that isn’t possible obviously, I have no regrets it’s an awesome tent, Snowtrekker is a good place to do business with and made in the USA, the only thing that sucks is the price, but after owning one I would buy another one again if needed in a second and wouldn’t think twice about the cost, good luck!!
